Message from our Founder
An internship, work experience or placement in a business is a great opportunity for motivated candidates to learn and practice the theoretical knowledge acquired during the course or mentorship received. The key outcomes of this stage of the process are
a) to guarantee an experience to add in your CV to progress your career path and
b) to gain a new set of skills.

Do not take this opportunity lightly since the challenges you will face will help develop your skills, experience, knowledge and career prospects. If you end up working in a business different from your country of origin, the international factor and the practice and improvement of your language skills are two additional value elements that will help you open new doors in the future ahead.

Both Internwise and Graduatewise brands are committed to represent your profile and introduce you to our network of Employers who are looking for candidates like yourself.
Our stats show that circa 77% of placements are converted into permanent employment by the end of this work experience. Now, it's all about your hard-work and willingness to make this time, a success!

4 What's next?
Should you subscribe to the "Course + Placement" plan, a member of Course delivery team will contact you to progress on the course element and a member of Internwise/Graduatewise will contact you to discuss the next steps on building your online profile while you run the course timelines.
The fact we can build your CV during the time you are running the course will ensure you have a good understanding of what it entails to improve your employability with the relevant keywords in your industry.

Start by creating a candidate account on www.Graduatewise.com
Followed by completing your profile, including a professional picture, certificates, video CV, portfolio and further attachments like Employer referral letter or other complementary course certificates (if applicable).

Once the course is completed, we aim to get your profile fully ready for the marketing campaign within the following 2 weeks.
Then, the above points 2) d), e) and f) will progress.
Due to market conditions by the end of the course and since you will have a new CV, we always encourage Candidates to apply for internships on their own as well.  You should not rely on a single source to help you find a placement. The more efforts are put in the process, it will increase your chances to get employed.

Rest assured, our Career Coaching team will guide you through the full process, share advice and all the required tips before and during the process. We can also monitor your progress during the work-experience and assess an appraisal after the placement to take on board Employers' feedback on performance.
